At TIAA I built digital products starting from the initial planning through to completion. Working primarily on post-authentication products, I had the opportunity to build web and mobile experiences that helped our customers manage their accounts while helping the business achieve its goals. In this experience users can manages their debit card PIN.

I think all products should be as useful and intuitive as possible. Here, that meant keeping the copy concise and using visual signals to help the client. By putting the burden of work on the interface, the client is able to complete their task quickly without extensive reading or guidance. The result is a start-to-finish experience that helps clients achieve their goals in a straightforward and friendly way.
